Our program focuses on the skills and knowledge you need to advocate for people with developmental disabilities while providing them with the support and services they need to be involved members of the community. You’ll assist them by promoting a healthy lifestyle, managing medication, doing crisis intervention when needed and developing and implementing a supportive life plan. You’ll finish your studies with a program-related practicum that allows you to put your knowledge into practice, and gives you real-world experience that you can put directly onto your resume!
